It is not water-proof or water-resistant. You can apply a product such as Scotchgard if that is a concern.
Does it have a laptop sleeve?
It does not have any internal sleeves or pockets. You can purchase a laptop sleeve separately. The side of the backpack nearest your back does offer some padding.

Great bag. big enough to carry a lot, it’s comfortable, and it’s looks really cool. It’s my everyday backpack now.
I purchased this back when the NCR Version was available. It held up for over a year under extensive use carrying my heavy school equipment around and going urbexing many times. I still rate this product very highly even after the zipper ripped out because from what I put it through I’m surprised it lived half as long. Wonderful backpack would recommend to anyone interested in the post-apocalypse aesthetic. P.S. I still have the patch and loop latch from my bag. It was too cool to part with!
Bag looks great, zippers and clips are high quality. It is a smaller backpack but big enough for carrying a jacket, few notebooks, etc. without feeling stretched or uncomfortable. I use it regularly.

Post Apocalyptic enough to fit theme, but normal enough to use as a carry on while headed to Wasteland Weekend! Its no Maxpedition hard use gear but it will hold up to average use and look good while doing it! The more you use it the better it looks. Glad to purchase gear from, and support a Wasteland crafter! Thank you!
