I have an original 1970’s version of this face guard in white from Pacifico. I was ecstatic when KarolB had this back in stock. KarolB is the only one who has it and the price is reasonable. When I got it, I compared side by side to the Pacifico and it was an exact match. The material felt slightly different, but in my opinion I think the one from KarolB feels a little sturdier than the Pacifico. Even the injection mold sprue on the inside of the guard is in the same location. I could not be more pleased.
I've wanted a Goose helmet since 1980 when I saw the original movie for the first time. I found KarolB while researching how to recreate a Jim Goose helmet. It is a PERFECT reproduction of the "face fender" from that time period. Found a used Bell 500 Vintage helmet and used the template to drill holes. It looks G R E A T. Was super excited when I found out you guys were selling these! Had tried feverishly to get an original off Ebay with no luck and couldn't get answers back when contacting companies in Japan that carried these. The quality and durability is top notch and mounting it to my new Biltwell helmet was easy and looks phenominal!!
